What we collect
When you send the quote form, we get what you typed: your name, phone number, email if you gave one, the job location and the job details. If you call instead, we have your number and whatever you tell us about the job. That's the whole list — we don't collect anything else about you.
What we use it for
- Calling or messaging you back about the quote you asked for and scheduling the on-site visit.
- Routing your request to the licensed local crew that performs the work — connecting you with that crew is what this site is for.
- Keeping basic records of quotes and jobs.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone.
- We don't add you to marketing lists or newsletters.
- We don't send bulk texts or robocalls. You hear from a person, about the job you asked about.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get used, which involves cookies and standard technical data like pages visited and general location. It doesn't identify you personally to us. Block cookies in your browser if you prefer — the site works fine without them.
How the form is delivered
Quote form submissions are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-processing service. Your submission passes through their systems in transit, subject to their privacy policy, and lands with us.
